Our Patient Voices collection gives you access to books written by patients about their journeys coping with a wide range of conditions and diseases. Any member of the library can borrow from the Patient Voices Collection.    You can help your patients understand their condition better and improve their own outcomes by providing, or pointing them to, good quality patient information. Whether you want to create your own bespoke patient information or find something ready-made, take a look at the options below. Main resources to help you to find patient information: BMJ Best Practice    BMJ Best Practice is a clinical decision support tool, offering evidence-based information on a wide range of conditions and diseases. Select the Patient Leaflets option from the top menu bar. You can then either browse the A-Z list or search for the condition. Once presented with the information you can either print it out or download it as a PDF file. BMJ Best Practice  is available to all NHS staff. Log in with your NHS OpenAthens username.
