  OrthoEvidence is a specialist resource providing key evidence via summarised, easy to read reports across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Key Evidence Key evidence in the orthopaedics field is presented via summarised reports and includes critically appraised articles. You can also listen to podcasts and participate in webinars. Sign-up for updates to get the latest releases straight to your inbox. Get Access OrthoEvidence is not available via OpenAthens. As this is a specialist resource, we are offering an individual username / password to UHNM members of staff working in orthopaedics or physical therapies, and Keele researchers investigating musculoskeletal conditions. Get your OrthoEvidence Updates

 Users signed up to OrthoEvidence can set up their updates so that they get the latest summarized, critically appraised, evidence straight to their inbox. You can select which updates you would like Log in to OrthoEvidence and hover over the account icon. Then select the Newsletter option from the options presented. You’ll be able to see the list of newsletters available to you. Toggle on the ones that you want to receive. You can select more than one. Click Save Changes when you’re finished. Arrange your OrthoEvidence Dashboard

 OrthoEvidence allows orthopaedic and physiotherapy specialist staff to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence, in an easy to read format. You can get expert summaries of the best research. Get all the latest content in one place on your dashboard. Too much? Too general? Then just re-arrange your dashboard to get what you want. Your dashboard is presented after you log in to OrthoEvidence. You will see the latest published content at the top. You can then page down to see the other sections. For example Ace Reports, Favourites or Recently Read articles. See an example below. You can re-order the different sections or even remove a section so the ones you are most interested in are presented to you. Simply click on the arrows next to the section title to get the Customize Your Dashboard options. From the selection screen toggle the sections off or on. You can then drag the sections up or down to give the order you want to see. Click Save Changes when you are happy wi...

Personalising your OrthoEvidence Account

 If you’ve signed up to OrthoEvidence you can make the most of your account by personalising it. You can set up your account to easily find content on your specialty and save your favourite articles. Log in to OrthoEvidence with your username and password. Set up your Specialty Hover over the account icon (top right-hand corner). You should now see your personalization options pop up along the top of the screen. Select the My Specialties option.  You can then select the specialties you are interested in by ticking the selection boxes. Click  Save Changes  to save your selections. You will now be able to see content for your selected specialties in the My Subspecialty Content section of your dashboard. Save your Favourites Save your favourite articles so that you can refer back to them easily. You can save articles from your dashboard to your favourites list.  OrthoEvidence (OE) is a global digital content provider of the best evidence in orthopaedics. OE identifies, analyses, summarises, and grades the top 5% of published content and makes it available in an easy-to-read ACE (Advanced Clinical Evidence) format for users. It can save you time by identifying and summarising the best evidence in this specialist field. The Health Library has subscribed to OrthoEvidence and makes it available to researchers and professionals working with patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You can access a range of content including: ACE Reports (advanced clinical evidence reports) These reports summarise selected high quality orthopaedic-based RCT papers, including analysis, critical appraisal and summary, in an easy-to-read format.
