We have been experiencing a problem here at the Health Library (CEC, Royal Stoke) whereby staff cannot log in to Clinical Key. I believe that it is a Keele network + un-activated account error ie only ocurring on the Keele network (or via Keele wifi) but only if you have an un-activated Clinical Key account.
I have logged a job with elsevier and they are investigating the problem.
There is a work-round - log on to a non-Keele computer (ie an NHS computer or use your mobile phone network), log in to Clinical Key (via the browser) and activate your account. You should then be able to log in OK when you go back to your Keele networked computer.
