Resource of the week #2: Journals List

What is it?

We have a number of journals lists which allow you to search for our subscribed journal titles. The journals that you have full-text access to will depend on the organisation that you work for / study with.

Our journals include scholarly articles that report on research, reviews and reflection of practice. These are essential for your studies and provide evidence for healthcare decisions.

Key Features
  • You can search the journals list for a particular journal title.
  • You can also browse through the NHS list using the A-Z links.
  • The entry for the journal title will include a link where you can access the full-text.
  • Note that the link may go to a database, where we have a subscription, rather than the publisher’s site.
  • You will need to log in to access the full-text; use either your Keele computer login or your NHS Athens username.

How can it help you?

You may come across references for articles, either via a reading list, a database search or just recommended reading from a colleague. If you need to access a particular article like this, always check whether it is available via our journals lists.

How to access it?

To view your NHS-subscribed journals you will need to log in to the list with your NHS Athens username.
The Keele University list of journal titles can be viewed from Library Search, no log in required. However you will need to log in to actually view any full-text.
The list print journals is also available to view via Library Search.
