Do you feel confident searching databases? Do you struggle to find precise search terms and combinations? Don’t worry! You can use natural language to search on the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub.
You can run simple searches on the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub to explore a wide range of resources.
What do I mean by natural language?
Well, it’s using sentences and words
that you use in conversation, as if you were talking to a colleague.
How can you do it?
Go to the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub. Enter your question in the search box – just like you were asking a colleague. Tick the natural language option and click search. Articles matching your question will be listed in the results list.
Want to know what it searches for?
Just click the option Show refined
query and a pop-up box will show you how the Hub has constructed the query
to run against the resources.
Go to your Hub
