Essential OpenAthens maintenance: Saturday 14 April 2018

On Saturday 14 April 2018 Athens/ Eduserv will be carrying out essential maintenance affecting all administrative functions and some end-user/patron services. More details around exact timing will be added to the status page in due course.

OpenAthens administration and user functions:

The administration area will be unavailable for up to three hours.
OpenAthens users will be unable to:
- register for a new account;
- reset their password;
- change their email address;
- activate their account.
The sign-on service should not be affected but considered ‘at-risk’ for the duration of the maintenance period.
Access to the administration area will be re-enabled at the earliest opportunity but account list / search features will be unavailable for up to a further six hours.
