We offer a unique perspective with knowledge and experience of supporting both Keele University staff and students, and NHS staff working for our partner organisations.

Health Literacy Awareness Training - new dates available

Are you communicating in the best way with your patients? This session on Health Literacy awareness will introduce you to the concept of health literacy; consider the impact low health literacy can have on your work, your patients, and the NHS; and explore practical methods that can be used to help improve health literacy and the patient experience. This is a 1 hour interactive session delivered online. Ebsco Cinahl training for NHS staff

Ebsco are delivering training on the new ebsco databases interface this month. Advanced Searching for CINAHL in EBSCOhost This 60-minute session will introduce advanced search concepts for searching in CINAHL on the EBSCOhost interface. In this session we will look at navigating the interface, the use of CINAHL (Subject) Headings, the application of filters, reviewing available options to save, share, download and export search results, as well as saving, editing and downloading searches.
