We have encountered problems logging in, attempting to log in Key and trying to run a search in Clinical Key. The problems include:
- missing OpenAthens log in option
- error on completing a log in
- error when trying to run searches
The problems are erratic. However if you do encounter them Clinical Key support suggest that you try clearing your browser cache and cookies. We'd also suggest that you could try accessing Clinical Key within a private or anonymous window.
If possible please report any problems to the eResources Librarian so that we can monitor how widespread the issue is. Apologies for the inconvenience.
