You can now install the Clinical Key app and access evidence on the go.

You must have activated your account on Clinical Key. You can then go to your mobile store and download the app. You will be prompted to login – follow the openathens option and use your Athens username / password.

Access to full-text books, full-text journals, guidelines, images, videos and more
Ability to bookmark and save items, synced with web application
Persistent login, enabling quick and easy access

Hints and Tips for Viewing your Results in Cinahl

Cinahl is a nursing specialist database that can help you to find good quality articles and evidence. Once you have run a search you can view the list of articles returned. Page Options You can arrange your results in different formats on the page. For example, show up to 50 articles on one page to avoid a lot of paging; include the abstract so that you can check whether the article is about your topic quickly. View Full-text To view the full-text click the PDF Full Text link if it is available. What is it? Dynamed is an evidence-based, point-of-care, clinical reference tool. Evidence is analysed and synthesised to create information, analysis and recommendations around a wide number of conditions and diseases. Key Features You can search or browse through a wide range of conditions and diseases. Information presented includes: overview, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, management, prognosis. Guidelines, resources and patient information may be included. References are included. You can set up an alert for a topic so that you are informed of the latest practice-changing updates.
