TRIP (Turning Research into Practice) is a clinical search tool which can help you to quickly find high quality research evidence to support practice. It searches a range of healthcare resources and publishers and presents results which can be organised in evidence type, such as systematic reviews, guidelines, primary research, controlled trials etc. Access TRIP database is freely available on the Internet. Some features and extra content are available for the PRO version only. The PRO version is available to all NHS staff via NHS OpenAthens username / password. Search Features You can use the Search box to enter simple search terms. You can use boolean operators such as AND, OR and NOT to combine search terms, use phrase searching with quotes and truncation searching using the * (asterisk) wildcard.
