 News from NICE about new Clinical Knowledge Summaries NICE Clinical Knowledge Summaries (CKS) topics  are aimed at healthcare professionals working in primary and first contact care in the UK. The 370 topics cover 1000 clinical presentations or patient scenarios and are free to access. The following CKS topics have been created or updated over the past months: January: Mental health in students  is a  new  CKS topic. The evidence base has been reviewed in detail, and recommendations are clearly justified and transparently linked to the supporting evidence. Diabetes type 2 . The topic has undergone minor restructuring to improve clarity and navigation. The recommendations have been updated in line with current literature.
